Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform. You may not use the platform to process illegal content or content you do not have permission to record.

2. Third-Party Integrations (Zoom, Microsoft, Google)

Our Services integrate with third-party software (e.g., Zoom Video Communications, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) via API connections authenticated by you.

Consent to Record: By connecting these services to AfterWordsAI, you explicitly grant us permission to access, temporarily download, and process your meeting transcripts and metadata to generate the automated summaries and reports.
Host Responsibility: It is solely your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary consent from all meeting participants before recording or processing any meeting content through our platform, in accordance with local recording laws (e.g., two-party consent laws).
Third-Party Terms: Your use of these third-party integrations is also governed by their respective Terms of Service (e.g., Zoom Terms of Service). AfterWordsAI is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party networks.

3. Data Usage and AI Models

AfterWordsAI utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to analyze transcripts.

Your specific meeting data is processed solely to provide insights and summaries back to your specific account.
No Internal Training: We do not use your private meeting transcripts, uploaded documents, or generated reports to train our foundation AI models.
Accuracy: While we strive for high precision, AI-generated reports may occasionally contain errors ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated output before making critical business decisions based upon it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain premium features requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Service will continue until the end of your current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the AfterWordsAI platform, underlying software, and brand remain the exclusive property of AfterWordsAI. You retain full ownership of the data, transcripts, and documents you input into the platform ("Customer Data"), as well as the specific generated reports output to your account. You grant us a limited, secure license to process this data solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfterWordsAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or third-party API interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or utilize the platform for illegal purposes. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and your data may be securely deleted according to our data retention policies.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our service or API integrations. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
